Customer Success Manager (Cloud): Managing and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey for the Open Telekom Cloud Marketplace with an accent on partner relations and platform support. Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Remote work is only available within Slovakia due to taxation regulations).
Salary: from €1,820 monthly.

What you will do
- Own and improve the end-to-end customer experience on the Open Telekom Cloud Marketplace.
- Assist customers with platform-related issues by coordinating with technical support teams.
- Manage relationships with marketplace sellers and partners as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement targeted engagement campaigns.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and track workflows in Jira.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and service request management.
Requirements
- Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.
- Basic understanding of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- ITIL Certification.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
