What you will do

• Partner with Domain Leads and senior stakeholders to align business roadmaps with security practices.
• Lead risk identification and assessments for new products and perform periodic risk reviews.
• Define security requirements and data classifications early in the design process for engineering teams.
• Drive security improvement programs and manage remediation work based on security engineering metrics.
• Coordinate audit management by liaising with internal and external auditors to resolve findings.
• Lead the Security Champions community to grow the overall security culture within assigned domains.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in information security, ideally as a BISO, security lead, security architect, or in GRC.
• Proven experience working within fintech, banking, or another regulated industry.
• Strong expertise in risk management, threat modeling, and secure design and engineering practices.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, PCI DSS, and SOX.
• Ability to translate technical security details into business language for diverse stakeholders.
• Technical background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or security engineering.
