Salary: Basic wage component (gross): 2800 EUR/month

What you will do

• Lead HRIS implementation, covering business requirements, testing, and process readiness.
• Manage full-cycle HR data migration, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure high HR data quality and seamless integration between HRIS, IFS, and Papaya.
• Translate HR process requirements into technical system solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, OneERP, Shared Services, and People & Culture teams to support rollouts and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP business analysis (e.g., Workday, SAP, IFS) and system implementations.
• Proven track record in HR system migrations and legacy system decommissioning.
• Strong expertise in HR master data and interface management.
• Ability to bridge the gap between HR business needs and IT system solutions.
• Fluent English required.
• University degree in a relevant field.
