Location: Must be based in Toronto (In-office)

Compensation: CA$135K – CA$185K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers throughout their deployment journey.
• Guide customers from project scoping to full adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and influence the roadmap.
• Manage communications with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Develop expertise in AI industry best practices and product functionality to optimize customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing large customers and high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen and passion for the AI agent building process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Toronto as the company operates in-office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agentic AI tool deployments in large organizations.
• Working knowledge of Customer Support processes and systems.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
