What you will do

• Support customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone channels.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the support team and other internal departments to develop the support function.

Requirements

• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work directly from the office in Almaty.
• Availability to work in shifts (5 days a week, from 11 AM to midnight).
• Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to multitask in a high-growth environment.
