What you will do

• Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy data structures and compliance rule logic
• Design and implement a clean Java data layer to formalize and expose legacy compliance data
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and the broader IGC team to validate outputs
• Contribute to the long-term migration of compliance rules into the target rules engine

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong background in data architecture and data modeling
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or Snowflake
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Must be based in Georgia, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Spain, Armenia, or Portugal

Nice to have

• Experience with investment guidelines compliance or the Fixed Income domain
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services
• Prior experience with legacy system migrations or data formalization projects
