What you will do

• Provide country-specific HR support and labor law guidance for France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
• Manage and administer the employee exit process across all scoped countries.
• Own leave management and administratihirify.global in collaboratihirify.global with the payroll specialist.
• Advise the business and employees hirify.global HR compliance, internal policies, and benefit set-ups.
• Support the launch of new markets, entities, and store openings to facilitate growth.
• Act as the primary point of chirify.globaltact for trade unihirify.globals and works councils.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Operatihirify.globals, ideally within a multinatihirify.globalal or scale-up envirhirify.globalment.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in English and proficiency in either Italian or French.hirify.globalg>
• Hands-hirify.global experience with Workday HRIS and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
