What you will do

• Identify and approach potential clients in the US, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs).
• Conduct discovery calls and manage negotiations.
• Qualify leads and support the entire sales process until the deal is closed.
• Collaborate closely with the internal delivery team to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
• Proven track record of selling IT outsourcing, software development, or technology services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
