What you will do

• Own end-to-end transportation processes from collection at hirify.global warehouses to delivery to the final customer.
• Manage the carrier portfolio through performance reviews and operations readiness.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and growth projects across transportation.
• Work with a Data Analyst to develop and monitor Transportation KPI.
• Support other departments (Customer Care, Warehouse, Product) to improve overall logistics performance.
• Support the Head of Transportation with capacity planning, market research, and sourcing new carriers.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Project Management.
• Master’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Transportation, or another technical field.
• Excellent communication in French and English (verbal and written).
• Proven program/project management skills: scoping, leading, and delivering moderately complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer-centric judgment and analytical thinking using data for prioritization and decisions.
