Salary: $163,000 – $196,000 per year

Zoox is developing a ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem to provide next-generation mobility-as-a-service in urban environments.

What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and projected fleet growth.
• Act as the primary planner for service and maintenance location capacity.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Fleet Operations teams to define long-term requirements.
• Develop dynamic models to communicate capacity needs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Track infrastructure project progress against fleet sizing to identify risks.
• Refine capacity ratio targets and provide recommendations on project sizing and scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in capacity planning or operations analytics.
• Proficiency in creating robust models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and consolidate complex data points.
• Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication.
• Ability to present complex data to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
• Direct experience in the EV or Autonomous Vehicle industry.
