What you will do

• Advise on compliance for products and services, including product governance, conflict of interest, and financial promotions.
• Review and approve client complaints to ensure adherence to the management framework.
• Maintain and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct desk-based reviews of systems and controls as part of the Compliance Monitoring Program.
• Produce risk assessments, management information, and board-level compliance reports.
• Handle regular and ad-hoc regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 4 years of experience in a compliance capacity with MiFID-regulated firms.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and guidelines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
