What you will do

• Solve complex technical challenges across the vehicle art pipeline.
• Design and implement scalable systems to address issues across multiple vehicles simultaneously.
• Develop tools that enable artists to work more efficiently and with higher quality.
• Partner with artists and engineers to streamline content creation and integration.
• Establish best practices for vehicle creation, optimization, and pipeline efficiency.
• Reduce reliance on manual fixes by introducing repeatable, systemic processes.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as a Technical Artist within game development.
• Strong expertise working with vehicle content, pipelines, and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build tools and systems that improve production at scale.
• Solid understanding of real-time engines, with a preference for Unreal Engine.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across different disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience working on racing or vehicle-focused titles.
• Scripting or programming experience in Python, Blueprints, or C++.
• Experience optimizing large-scale content pipelines.
