What you will do

• Contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team.
• Design, build, and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope.
• Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8/9.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, including both integration and design.
• Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications.
• Experience with CI/CD and at least one of: Kubernetes, Grafana, or APM tools.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes.
• Language: Lithuanian and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure, Service Bus, Docker, or Bitbucket.
• Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene.
