What you will do

• Author UI copy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows for AI-powered product experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX designers from problem-framing through delivery.
• Apply and contribute to shared voice, tone, and terminology guidelines to ensure product consistency.
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows and Figma plugins to improve efficiency and measure content impact.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusion to support a diverse, global user base.
• Collaborate with localization, research, and support teams to ensure content effectiveness across contexts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product writing for SaaS products.
• Outstanding English proficiency (specifically American English).
• Portfolio demonstrating critical thinking and process for complex or technical products.
• Working knowledge of Figma and collaborative design handoff workflows.
• Experience planning and tracking work in Jira or similar project management tools.
• Must be based in or associated with Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for platform-driven products and cross-product journeys.
• Familiarity with AI product content, including trust-building and error handling.
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or developer tools.
