What you will do

• Import, configure, and optimize 2D assets and textures for mobile platforms.
• Manage Asset Bundles, Addressables, and the resource build process.
• Develop shaders and procedural effects using ShaderLab/HLSL.
• Build VFX components and custom tools for artists and animators.
• Profile game performance to optimize draw calls, batching, and memory usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile gaming projects.
• Proficiency in C# and ShaderLab/HLSL.
• Expert-level understanding of the full art pipeline including modeling, texturing, and VFX.
• Deep knowledge of Unity performance optimization and memory management.
• Experience designing and maintaining shader/material systems at scale.
• Understanding of client-server interaction.
