What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between HPE and the organization to drive vendor programs and marketing initiatives.
• Manage large teams through subordinate managers, overseeing multiple business sub-functions.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and resolve complex contractual or invoicing discrepancies.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Provide input on strategic decisions and operational plans to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of functional experience, including 8 years of position-specific experience.
• Minimum 7 years of people management experience, including managing subordinate managers.
• Thorough knowledge of local customs, laws, and business practices in Thailand.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement functional strategies.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
