What you will do

• Validate new customer deployments against documentation and performance standards.
• Triage incoming tickets and reproduce application defects in test environments.
• Execute configuration changes, system health audits, and remote software updates.
• Write and maintain internal runbooks and technical troubleshooting guides.
• Perform root cause analysis and submit detailed bug reports to engineering teams.
• Participate in a scheduled night and weekend on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or SRE roles.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line, log parsing, and remote diagnostics.
• Experience with hybrid environments, TCP/IP networking, and cloud services.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Bash, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
