Control Systems Deployment Engineer

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the national deployment of automation system solutions across manufacturing sites.
• Develop, implement, and support the lifecycle of corporate control systems.
• Deploy solutions integrating control systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and shop-floor environments.
• Support standardisation of automation solutions, industrial IoT, cloud and edge technologies, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing tools.
• Coordinate the base automation project with cross-functional teams to deliver smarter, safer, and simpler operations.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and leaders, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate remediation with partners.

Requirements

• Experienced Control Systems Engineer with high proficiency in process automation and HMI systems.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Historians.
• Proven control systems and applications experience.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including liaising with business stakeholders and leaders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot quickly and work with partners on remediation initiatives.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems and programming.
• Experience with Rockwell and Schneider systems.
• Understanding of network and infrastructure systems.
• Engineering background, project management, and stakeholder management experience.
