What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning both frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of the daily workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack "seed" to champion full stack practices and mentor peers in AI-augmented development.
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an AI-related major.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, and at least one backend language (Java or Golang).
• Experience owning end-to-end production projects.
• High proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) and the ability to validate AI-generated code.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects.
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS, Android, or Web).
