What you will do

• Participate end-to-end in project delivery, including kickoff, refinement, sprint planning, and daily ceremonies.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into secure, robust, and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead complex developments and provide guidance and support to less experienced developers.
• Manage technical tasks, contribute to effort estimates, and qualify new product releases.
• Support Product Owners with solution design and analyze escalated incidents.
• Ensure non-production environments remain up-to-date and promote code quality best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JPA (Hibernate), and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, OpenShift, Tomcat, Kafka, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a deep understanding of production systems.
• English: Proficiency is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bucharest, Romania.
