What you will do

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple APAC sites, ensuring high availability of enterprise IT systems and site-level infrastructure.
• Manage regional network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and server environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Own regional IT service management (incident, problem, and change management) to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and partner with InfoSec to implement controls and conduct audits.
• Manage regional IT vendors, service providers, procurement, and the regional IT budget.
• Oversee the reliability of monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and security systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations managing regional or multi-site environments.
• Experience with Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be based in Batam, Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work 12-hour shift rotations (3-on/3-off, including nights).

Nice to have

• Experience in Data Centres, mission-critical infrastructure, or high-availability environments.
• Data center technician background with strong hands-on server repair experience.
• Prior exposure to GPU cloud or High Performance Computing (HPC).
• Experience working in fast-growth or scaling organizations.
