What you will do
- Act as the Key User and process owner for SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring governance and optimization.
- Coordinate SAP development, integration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities with Global IT and Headquarters.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of E-Solutions such as e-Invoice, e-Archive, and e-Delivery Note.
- Drive the utilization and enhancement of e-commerce technologies, including CRM, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Oversee e-commerce payment systems and develop performance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Coordinate end-user training, system adoption, and change management for new digital tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
- Business fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Advanced digital capabilities and a customer-centric approach to experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate in team environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
