TL;DR
Technical Customer Consultant Senior (Fintech): Driving end-to-end customer rollouts and translating business requirements into technical integration solutions with an accent on solution design, testing, and client enablement. Focus on managing the full rollout lifecycle, resolving complex integration bugs, and ensuring rapid customer adoption of payment technology.
Location: Hybrid (Zurich, Switzerland). Mobile working is available only within Switzerland.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer rollouts from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation review.
- Translate customer requirements into robust technical architectures and integration solutions.
- Design and execute end-to-end test cases to validate integration points and ensure compliance.
- Triage and track bugs, collaborating with engineering to implement and verify fixes.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and maintain integration playbooks.
- Provide hands-on go-live support and manage change and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role with end-to-end rollout ownership.
- Strong foundation in technical solutioning and integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Must be based in Switzerland.
