What you will do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls on mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain and repair exhaust and regen systems.
• Conduct air brake system diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete work orders and ensure accuracy of safe work permits.
• Operate mobile equipment such as front-end loaders and tractor/trailers for diagnostic purposes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Ability to qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.

Nice to have

• CDL license.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or Diesel certifications.
• Specialization in clutch work or hydraulics.
