What you will do

• Monitor, detect, and take immediate action on network events and incidents in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Correlate information from multiple sources and IT management tools to identify problems.
• Perform troubleshooting to support networking, servers, and applications incident support.
• Create formal reports, daily turnover logs, and on-demand situation reports.
• Provide executive-level briefings and advise the Operations Officer on business processes.
• Manage, track, and organize client data according to team procedures.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance (Must have to start)
• IAM Level I Certification (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, or HCISPP)
• 3+ years of related Watch Analyst experience.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies for networking and servers.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7x365 shift-based environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework.
• Experience working directly with military leadership in an operational capacity.
• Advanced experience with the Remedy ticketing system.
