What you will do

• Support the AdOps team in managing operational activities across advertiser accounts.
• Assist with transaction validation and monthly reconciliation processes.
• Monitor and review tracking data to identify and escalate potential discrepancies.
• Support investigations related to validation, attribution, and tracking issues.
• Assist with account audits, quality checks, and operational reviews.
• Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities for automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel functions and data manipulation.
• Interest in process improvement and automation tools like Power Query or Power Automate.
• Interest in digital marketing, analytics, technology, or business.
