Release Management Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end release process for iOS and Android applications, including schedules, versioning, and build promotion.
• Coordinate release readiness and lead go/no-go decisions across engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Manage TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console for staged and phased rollouts.
• Troubleshoot build, signing, submission, and deployment failures.
• Automate repetitive release tasks using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bash, or Python.
• Maintain comprehensive release documentation, runbooks, and status reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in release engineering, mobile DevOps, or build engineering.
• Hands-on experience releasing production iOS and Android applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile signing, provisioning, certificates, and App Store/Google Play consoles.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, or Buildkite.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mobile build and deployment issues.
• Must be located in or working within US time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native applications.
• Knowledge of Fastlane or other mobile release automation tools.
• Experience supporting high-scale consumer mobile applications.
• Familiarity with mobile QA, automated testing, or release observability.
• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or web3 sectors.
