What you will do

• Lead a development squad to design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices and design patterns.
• Design and develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs independently and collaboratively.
• Serve as the guardian for the squad's code, processes, and technical standards.
• Participate in the Agile process and continuously improve product development methods.
• Stay up to date on new technologies to increase productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering high-quality commercial software.
• C# .NET development experience (5+ years) and proficiency in ASP.NET.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience creating and consuming HTTP/REST APIs.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core/.NET v5+ and Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of creating and consuming OData v3/4 APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, and NPM package management.
