What you will do

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Review expenses and payroll records.
• Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of laws regarding accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
