What you will do

• Lead and manage a design team of 3, overseeing the Core and AI product tracks.
• Own the company's design strategy focusing on brand perception and user success.
• Guard design quality and challenge product decisions to ensure they drive key results.
• Break down large, ambiguous initiatives into executable, shippable pieces.
• Conduct substantive design critiques to solve real user problems and change behavior.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in behavioral design and creating experiences that drive user behavior.
• Proven track record in both B2B SaaS and consumer-facing applications.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 and scaling existing ones.
• English: C1+ and fluent Russian required.
• Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Ability to prototype AI products without engineering support.
• Previous experience leading design for AI-driven products.
