What you will do

• Act as the key link between the warehouse, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Manage customer requests and escalations to ensure full end-to-end resolution.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with Account Management to identify business development opportunities and assess operational feasibility.
• Analyze and share forecasts for orders and deliveries to optimize warehouse workload.
• Participate in steering committees to implement process improvements and incident prevention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or operations).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle emergencies and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Châtres and Ferrières.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
