What you will do

• Analyze product requirements to identify and develop necessary documentation.
• Write and edit technical documentation including user guides, release notes, and help systems.
• Create and maintain documentation templates for various outputs.
• Estimate development efforts and manage task deadlines with project management.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather project details.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in competence development events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of software terminology and documentation methodology (DDLC/SDLC).
• Proven experience in UX writing and setting up documentation processes.
• Ability to conform to publication standards like Microsoft, Apple, or Chicago.
• Advanced level of English required.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
