What you will do

• Lead intake meetings for high-priority roles to align on scope and compensation.
• Manage team performance through weekly 1:1s, KPI tracking, and funnel reviews.
• Provide data-driven hiring predictions and monitor key metrics like Time-to-Hire and OAR.
• Personally manage and close 2–4 complex senior roles simultaneously.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, outreach, and assessment techniques to raise team standards.
• Facilitate team retrospectives to refine and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruitment experience in tech/product companies, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Proven ability to influence demanding stakeholders and navigate high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
• English: B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher required.
• Russian: Native proficiency required.
• Willingness to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus is mandatory.
