TL;DR
Technical SEO Lead: Owning technical health and structural integrity of large transactional SEO ecosystems (feverup.com and a global white-label network) with an accent on large-scale log analysis, CDN/Core Web Vitals, structured data, and bot accessibility for both traditional search engines and emerging LLM/GEO platforms. Focus on designing and iterating experiments, monitoring KPIs, and auditing engineering changes to prevent visibility losses across global discovery ecosystems.
Location: Hybrid (home office friendly) with a central Madrid office location; Cyprus

What you will do
- Own technical SEO for transactional ecosystems (up.com, white-label websites, and other group sites) reporting to the SEO Manager.
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture and site structure.
- Improve technical performance using crawling/indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS/JS, and CDN performance.
- Ensure bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLM/GEO platforms.
- Set up monitoring, success KPIs, and tracking methodologies using large-scale log analysis and dashboards/alerting (e.g., ELK, BigQuery, Splunk).
- Design and iterate experiments; audit engineering changes and implement fixes to prevent SEO visibility losses.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technical SEO for ecommerce or similar high-traffic websites with proven results.
- Experience with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local markets.
- Hands-on technical SEO knowledge including crawling/indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and HTML/CSS (JS knowledge required).
- Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of analytics/metrics and ability to recommend actions based on data.
- Experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows.
- Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Google Apps Script and Python.
- Knowledge of SQL for data exploitation.
- Experience with workflow automation.
- Experience managing teams.
