What you will do

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations and maintain accurate financial accounts.
• Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions and adjustments are booked and reconciled.
• Prepare quarterly regulatory reports, annual financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Manage the annual audit process and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Participate in the development of the core-banking system.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff and manage the payroll process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lithuania (Hybrid).
• Managerial experience in the accounting and finance field.
• Strong technical understanding of LFRS and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience in the fintech (EMI) or banking sector.
• Proven experience preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• ACCA or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
