What you will do

• Design and own the mobile test strategy for native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) teams, including device and OS-version fragmentation coverage.
• Control flakiness at scale by running suites on BrowserStack with GitLab CI, and keep the backend/API/contract layer aligned with the mobile client.
• Own quality gates inside app release and store-deployment pipelines, and drive resolution of cross-team quality issues within the domain.
• Lead technical/process change by coaching teams on testability and shifting quality ownership left into the dev workflow.
• Mentor Senior Software Engineers in Test and run knowledge-sharing across QA and Dev, including co-leading the OneTech/QA community.
• Define quality metrics and gates, and govern AI adoption in testing (workflows, data security, risk assessment, and AI ROI reporting).

Requirements

• Strong experience automating mobile app tests natively with real working-level Swift and/or Kotlin (ideally both iOS and Android).
• Proven track record designing test strategy / the test pyramid, not only executing tests.
• Proven shift-left experience: entering the process before coding and measurably changing outcomes.
• Experience leading technical/process change and working directly with development teams; proven impact beyond a single team.
• Hands-on, critical relationship with AI: using it and assessing risks (not just benefits).
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Polish.
• Experience with BrowserStack and CI/CD (GitLab), and snapshot testing (e.g., swift-snapshot-testing, Paparazzi).
• Familiarity with Appium (useful for understanding migration away from it).
• Experience applying AI in testing workflows.
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce; ISTQB Advanced Level certification.
