Salary: $227,800 – $338,800 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Define and own the comprehensive Enterprise Storage networking strategy across cluster fabric, Ethernet, and Fibre Channel SAN.
• Develop multi-generation networking roadmaps aligned with platform strategy and competitive requirements.
• Lead multiple concurrent New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from requirements definition through GA and EOL.
• Manage strategic relationships with key networking vendors for switching, optics, and connectivity.
• Synthesize requirements from enterprise customers and AI/hyperscale accounts into clear product requirements.
• Partner with GTM and sales to develop reference architectures for AI and large-scale enterprise workloads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or technical product planning experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, or networking.
• Deep understanding of data center networking architectures, including high-speed Ethernet and Fibre Channel SAN.
• Proven experience leading complex NPI programs through all lifecycle phases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystems and supply risk.
• Strong communication and executive presence for representing complex tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Jose, California, USA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with how networking infrastructure enables storage system performance and scalability.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, large-scale cluster fabrics, or high-performance computing (HPC) networking.
• Background in product lifecycle management, including EOA strategy and stocking optimization.
• Experience working with OEM partners or multi-partner delivery models.
