Manager, Global Investigator Grants (Medtech)

What you will do

• Lead the development of investigator grants and site budgets during the proposal and finalization processes.
• Oversee the grant administration team, including budget maintenance, payment processing, and balance reconciliations.
• Create global investigator grant workbooks by interpreting financial sections of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA).
• Generate global financial reports for month-end closing, including projections and key performance indicators.
• Provide financial guidance and training to Project Directors and Managers on site payment workbooks.
• Manage the Sunshine Act Reporting process and other global client reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Research or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with international clinical trial payment processes and site budgets.
• English: C1 (fluent) required; fluency in the local language of the base country.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Experience with study start-up processes.
