What you will do

• Ship full-stack features with measurable product impact.
• Provide substantive code reviews and architectural feedback.
• Serve as a first responder for production issues, including triage and root cause analysis.
• Improve engineering practices, including tooling, agentic workflows, and technical standards.
• Translate product requirements into technical approaches and communicate reasoning to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in website development using PHP and MySQL.
• Advanced knowledge of custom WordPress development, including data modeling and infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Advanced understanding of modern web architecture, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience with semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and modern design patterns.
• Ability to work in an AI-native environment using coding agents.
