What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges.
• Architect scalable systems capable of handling large volumes of data and complex AI/ML workloads.
• Implement robust, maintainable, and production-ready AI/ML solutions with a focus on security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business partners.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production environments.
• Document methodologies and share knowledge through internal presentations and workshops.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML with a track record of production deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and system architecture.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and data processing technologies.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices including Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialized AI domains or industry-specific applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML.
