Software Engineer - AI/ML (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms for business challenges.
• Architect scalable systems for large volumes of data and complex AI/ML workloads.
• Build robust, maintainable, secure, compliant, and production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, software developers, and business partners to integrate solutions into products and services.
• Deploy and monitor models in production, improving scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Document methodologies and findings and share knowledge through presentations, workshops, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of AI/ML experience, including deploying solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or comparable libraries.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and system architecture.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps, data processing, Git, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and system design patterns.
• Ability to lead technical projects, work in matrix environments, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with specialized AI domains or industry-specific applications.
• Open-source contributions or AI/ML research publications.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
