What you will do

• Lead and mentor a group of software developers, QA engineers, tech artists, and managers.
• Own end-to-end development processes, from technical design and implementation to delivery and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems for a live gaming product.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support in Java and C++.
• Collaborate with Product, Game Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business-driven features.
• Promote engineering best practices, including clean code, design patterns, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Hands-on experience with C++.
• Experience in the gaming industry, specifically with live or mobile games.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lua.
• Experience with the Spring framework.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Couchbase, Hadoop, or Spark.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
