What you will do

• Translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Gather client insights and translate customer challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Define and prioritize requirements by balancing business value, delivery flow, and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with release goals.
• Manage product risks and quality standards by embedding acceptance criteria into delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills for complex business processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Stockholm and able to work hybrid (3 days/week in-office).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies.
• Knowledge of clearing, settlement, or broader capital markets operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally to client sites.
