• Maximize customer experience and lifetime value through proactive 1:1 engagement.
• Deliver personalized offers via phone, email, and other channels to maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and responsible gaming practices.
• Monitor and analyze the financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Identify new sales opportunities based on customer needs and behavior.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) is essential for the Malta office.
• Fluent German is critical for stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or sports-related subjects.
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry or sales.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
