What you will do

• Partner with senior engineers to identify and resolve friction points using AI tooling.
• Build applications and integrations on top of hirify.global's APIs and SDKs.
• Ship production-grade code that reaches internal teams or external customers.
• Utilize agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a primary development method.
• Participate in weekly lightning-talk demos to showcase AI-driven solutions.
• Work with minimal process, taking ownership of problems from context to build.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate of a Computer Science or Software Engineering program.
• Genuine passion for building with a portfolio of side projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• Demonstrable fluency in using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for real projects.
• Bias toward action and ability to start building without formal specifications.
• Comfort with modern full-stack development practices.
• Ability to provide proof of work via GitHub or deployed projects.
