What you will do

• Set organic search priorities for English-language portfolio websites in line with SEO strategy and business goals.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and content gap research across the portfolio.
• Convert research into content briefs and plans, and review and optimise writer output.
• Optimise titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and existing content; identify and prioritise outdated or underperforming content for refresh.
• Monitor and improve brand visibility in traditional search results and AI-generated answers.
• Identify technical SEO issues, coordinate fixes with the WordPress Developer, and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing organic traffic for B2B or software websites.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Ability to turn data into clear, practical briefs for writers.
• Understanding of technical SEO and ability to brief developers clearly.
• Comfort using Google Search Console, GA4, and a major SEO platform such as Semrush.
• Awareness of how AI search is changing organic visibility and ability to adapt SEO approaches.
• Ability to manage priorities across several websites.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with writers, developers, and marketers.
