Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia (Hybrid role with office attendance required).

Salary: €1,720 - €2,130 per month.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new lending companies to ensure a smooth marketplace launch.
• Maintain and update partner profiles, documentation, and system settings in the back office.
• Prepare legal agreement amendments and provide operational support for active partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding API-related technical inquiries.
• Analyze partner data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate potential operational challenges.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and business development teams to ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• English: Business level or higher required.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Interest in process automation and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, international team.
• Must be based in or able to work from Riga, Latvia.

• Experience in client support, project coordination, or partner onboarding.
