What you will do

• Support the Farm Manager in achieving successful and sustainable farming operations.
• Manage daily farm activities, including stock and pasture management.
• Operate and maintain a wide range of farm machinery safely.
• Motivate and support team members to ensure high productivity.
• Engage with local contractors and rural service professionals.
• Manage environmental performance and support the local manufacturing site.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of hands-on farming experience.
• Strong skills in stock, pasture, and people management.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform agricultural activities safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Relevant education or training in agriculture is highly regarded.
