What you will do

• Lead global compliance investigations covering bribery, kickbacks, corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, misuse of confidential information, and financial/accounting misconduct.
• Design strategies for handling sensitive allegations while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and adherence to laws and company policies.
• Produce clear, actionable investigation reports and recommendations, including root-cause remediation.
• Manage multiple investigations in parallel and drive matters to timely closure.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, fair, and well-documented outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience conducting prompt, thorough, and fair global compliance investigations.
• Experience with email search tools, Salesforce, online research, and case management systems; NAVEX EthicsPoint is preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and reconcile financial, expense, and sales-related data.
• Strong professional judgment, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to communicate findings clearly through fact-based conclusions and recommendations.
