Web Designer & Webflow Developer (Fintech)

Web Designer & Webflow Developer (Webflow/Fintech): Designing and implementing high-fidelity, on-brand marketing pages and scalable systems in Webflow with an accent on AI-native workflows and brand consistency. Focus on creating reusable component libraries, implementing complex motion/interactions, and leveraging LLMs to accelerate the design-to-development pipeline.

Location: Remote. Hybrid options available in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City. Relocation assistance to the US may be available for eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Design high-fidelity, on-brand page layouts and templates to bring a new brand direction to the web.
• Build and launch net-new pages, templates, and CMS collections within Webflow.
• Develop a reusable component and module library to ensure consistent design propagation across the site.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced interactions and animations.
• Leverage AI and LLMs to accelerate design exploration, page creation, and QA automation.
• Collaborate end-to-end with the Creative Director and PM, moving from design to implementation in parallel.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in both visual brand design and high-quality Webflow development.
• Proficiency in Figma and the ability to translate designs into high-fidelity Webflow builds.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, with comfort using JavaScript for custom code.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, Variables, and Interactions (IX2).
• Professional experience using AI tools and configuring AI agents for design and development workflows.
• Attention to detail regarding responsive behavior, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with GSAP, APIs, or custom webhooks.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and experimentation.
• Experience managing major rebrands or multi-product website migrations.
