Fullstack .NET Developer (.NET/Angular)

TL;DR

Fullstack .NET Developer (.NET/Angular): Developing and modernizing early care and education systems for a state social services agency with an accent on migrating legacy portals to modern web standards. Focus on architecting backend storage models in SQL Server, building responsive interfaces with Angular, and managing the full SDLC.

Location: Must be current South Carolina residents; Hybrid (3 days onsite in Columbia, SC). No relocation permitted.

What you will do

• Modernize and maintain internal and external portals using TypeScript and Angular.
• Develop robust backend web services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Design and optimize SQL Server database models with advanced security protocols.
• Manage the full SDLC using Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production bugs and perform rapid remediation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript, Angular (9/11), and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of experience with C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
• 7+ years of experience with Web API, WCF, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• 7+ years of experience with Visual Studio and TFS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Must be a current resident of South Carolina.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server "Always Encrypted" processes.
• Experience in early childhood education or social services domains.
